Good to know
A candidate seat is a person you serve: someone who applies, or is applied for. A team seat is one of your own people: an admin, a counselor, or an operator who applies on behalf of candidates. Team seats don't use up candidate seats. Remove someone and their seat is free again.
No. When your team applies on a candidate's behalf, the application uses credits from your pool exactly as if the candidate had applied. Team seats themselves are included up to the plan's allowance.
Yes. Create plans inside your organization with the features and monthly and daily allowances you choose, and invite people onto a plan. Their allowances come out of your credit pool.
On Team, FastApply's Chrome extension, which signs in with their FastApply session. On White Label, a Chrome extension published under your name that connects to your dashboard and carries your logo and icon.
On White Label, once you verify a sending domain (we give you the DNS records), invitations, sign-in links and forwarded recruiter replies come from your domain with your branding. Until then, and on Team, they come from FastApply.
Included monthly credits don't. Credits you buy in packs stay in your pool as long as your plan is active.
Typically 1 to 2 weeks, most of it waiting for Chrome Web Store review of your listing. Your dashboard and domain are usually live within days.
