AI Auto Apply

AI auto apply for jobs, four ways to do it

Most auto apply tools blast the same resume at hundreds of jobs and hope something lands. We don't. You pick how the AI works for you: review every application before it submits (Copilot), watch the AI submit live (Full Autonomous), leave it running in the background (Stealth), or swipe through matches on your phone (Swipe). The AI rewrites your resume and cover letter for each job. Five applications free, no card.

Same AI. Four ways to work with it.

One tool, four workflows. Pick the one that matches how you want to job hunt today. Switch later if your situation changes.

Copilot

The AI does the application: form fields, resume tweaks, cover letter. Then it stops. You read what it produced, edit anything that needs editing, and hit submit yourself.

Full Autonomous

The AI handles the whole thing including the submit. You watch it happen in a live preview so you see exactly what goes out. Nothing to approve, but nothing's hidden either.

Stealth

Save your preferences once and the AI applies in the background. You don't have to be at your computer. Open your dashboard later and look through what it sent.

Swipe

Tinder, but for jobs. We surface roles that match your profile. Swipe right and we apply with a tailored resume. Swipe left to skip. Works well on your phone.

Most auto apply tools were built around one assumption

More is better. Blast 500 applications, hope something lands. That works fine if you don't mind checking your inbox six weeks later wondering why nothing came back. We built FastApply differently. Every application uses a resume rewritten for that specific job's keywords and a cover letter written for that specific posting. Whether you send 5 applications this afternoon or 500 this month, each one is targeted.

Resume rewritten per job

The AI reads the posting, pulls the keywords and required skills, and reshapes your bullet points around them. Same experience, just emphasized for that role. ATS parsers see the keywords they're looking for and the humans see prose that sounds like you.

Cover letter, not a template

Each cover letter is written against the actual posting and references the company, the role, and the language they used. No "Dear Hiring Manager, I am excited to apply for [JOB_TITLE]" mail-merge.

The fields you hate to type

Work history, salary expectations, visa status, the EEO questions at the bottom of every Workday form. The AI fills them from your saved profile so you stop retyping the same answers across 50 applications.

You decide how involved you are

Review every application. Watch it submit live. Leave it running. Swipe through matches on your phone. The mode is up to you and you can change it whenever.

Twelve platforms, including the hard ones

Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, ZipRecruiter, Dice, SimplyHired, Wellfound. The enterprise ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse) are where most senior roles get posted and most auto apply tools skip them.

Five applications free

No card, no trial timer. You get five applications to see if it works for your search. Pay only if you want more.

From signup to first application in under five minutes

Four steps. The longest one is finding your resume.

1. Upload your resume

Drop in your current resume. We parse the experience, skills, and education into a profile the AI applies from. Takes about 30 seconds.

2. Set your preferences

Target role, location, salary floor, remote or hybrid, visa status. We only apply to jobs that fit what you actually want.

3. Pick a mode

Copilot, Full Autonomous, Stealth, or Swipe. Pick one to start. You can change mode any time. Different mode for different days is fine.

4. Track what happens

Every application shows up in your dashboard with the role, the company, the date sent, and whether you've heard back. No spreadsheets.

Twelve job boards and ATS platforms

Most auto apply tools stop at LinkedIn and Indeed. We also cover Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Those are the enterprise ATS systems where the higher-paying roles tend to get posted.

Questions people ask before switching

The eight questions that come up the most in support tickets.

What is AI auto apply?
It's software that fills out job applications and submits them for you. Most tools stop there. FastApply also rewrites your resume and cover letter for each role before submitting, so what gets sent is targeted to the job instead of being the same generic version mailed to 500 places. You also pick how involved you are: review everything yourself, watch the AI work in real time, or leave it running while you do something else.
Is AI auto apply free?
Yes, you get five applications free with no card. The Chrome extension is also free to install. After your five free credits, paid plans start at $14/month if you want higher daily limits and Stealth mode.
How is this different from other AI auto apply tools?
Two things. First, every application uses a resume and cover letter rewritten for that specific posting. Most tools just resubmit the same version everywhere. Second, you pick how the AI works for you. Some tools assume you want everything automated. Others assume you want to review every step. We let you pick, and switch when you feel like it.
What's the difference between Copilot, Autonomous, and Stealth?
Copilot does the whole application and then pauses for you to review before it submits. Autonomous does the whole thing including the submit, but you can watch it happen live. Stealth runs in the background using your saved preferences, so you don't need to be there. Same AI doing the work in all three. The difference is how much you're watching.
Does it work on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Workday?
Yes. Twelve platforms total: Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, ZipRecruiter, Dice, SimplyHired, Wellfound, Recruitee, and Workable. Most auto apply tools skip the enterprise ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) which is where senior roles tend to get posted.
Will recruiters know I used AI?
No. The AI works from your actual experience and writes the way you'd write. It doesn't add the obvious tells: overly polished bullet points, generic phrasing, or 'I am thrilled to apply for...' openings. Stealth mode also spaces out submissions across the day so it doesn't look like one person applied to 80 jobs at 3am.
How many jobs can it apply to per day?
Depends on the plan. Free covers your first 5 applications total. Starter ($14/mo) covers 100 per day. Pro ($29/mo) covers 170. Elite ($49/mo) covers 200. Most searches land interviews from 50–80 applications a day, so Starter is enough for most people.
Can I switch between modes?
Any time. A common path: start in Copilot for the first few applications to see how the AI handles your stuff, then move to Autonomous once you trust it, then leave Stealth running once you've shifted focus to interview prep.
