Taleo is Oracle's older applicant tracking system, still used on many employers' careers pages. Its applications run over several pages.
FastApply fills the Taleo pages from your resume and profile, including the screening questions. In Auto-pilot it submits each application on its own; in Co-pilot it stops at every step so you can check the answers and submit yourself. With the optional AI Tailoring add-on on a paid plan, it also tailors your resume and cover letter to each posting.
FastApply keeps a copy of every application it sends and the resume used, so you can see exactly what each employer received.
Taleo asks for dated work history, education and screening answers. FastApply answers from your profile, so fill it in once.
Use Co-pilot to review each step before you submit, or Auto-pilot to let FastApply submit on its own.
With the Chrome extension running, open the posting and FastApply fills it, page by page.
