Auto apply on StepStone, in Germany
StepStone is Germany's largest job board for professional roles, and German applications are document-heavy: a Lebenslauf, an Anschreiben, certificates, and often a question about your German level and notice period (Kündigungsfrist).
The Chrome extension runs StepStone in your own browser, signed in as you. It opens each matching posting, applies with your CV, writes the cover letter for that posting on Pro and Elite, answers the questions from your profile, and submits or waits for your review. XING, Germany's other main board, is supported too.
Step 1
Add your language levels
Record English and German levels in your profile, for example English C1, German B1. German employers ask on most applications.
Step 2
Set roles, cities and notice period
German contracts carry one to three month notice periods; set yours so the AI answers consistently.
Step 3
Run with the tab open
Co-pilot mode waits for you on each application. Auto-pilot submits and logs each one.
Tips
Getting more interviews from StepStone
Applying from abroad: state that you need a work visa or Blue Card. Employers that sponsor say so in the posting.
Use Apply for Me alongside StepStone for employer career pages on Workday, Personio and SmartRecruiters, which are common in Germany.
