·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensuring\ projects value realization by achieving changes that improve the customer\ experience and business services, process and operations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Developing\ IT strategic plan and budgets.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Participating\ in the business unit activities, including developing and enhancing the current\ service offerings, developing new service offerings, team mentoring and\ knowledge transfer, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate\
in building and developing the team skills and capabilities through planning\
the required trainings and providing internal trainings and awareness sessions.

Requirements<\/h3>
·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's\ Degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Min\ 10 years of experience in IT projects, Digital Transformation, IT Operating\ Models.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
·\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp;\x26nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should\ be certified the following: TOAGF, PMP or PgMP, ITIL<\/span><\/span><\/p>
