Think of yourself as the glue that holds the operation together. As our Operations Support Officer, you will be the go-to person connecting customers, drivers, depot teams, and fleet operations making sure freight gets where it needs to go, on time, every time.

No two days will look the same, and that is exactly what makes it great.

What You Will Get Stuck Into

• Keeping daily transport admin running smoothly across the network
• Managing manifests and making sure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately
• Tracking freight movements and jumping on any delays before they become problems
• Keeping customers in the loop with timely, helpful updates
• Coordinating fleet maintenance, servicing, and compliance schedules
• Supporting the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations
• Pitching in across the team during busy periods because that is just what good teammates do
• Spotting ways to do things better and helping make them happen

You Will Fit Right In If You...

• Have a background in office administration, logistics, or operations coordination
• Are highly organised and can prioritise like a pro when things get busy
• Communicate clearly and confidently whether it is with a customer, a driver, or the boss
• Take ownership of your work and do not wait to be told twice
