Responsibilities Develop and optimize complex message mappings and custom Groovy scripts within the SAP CPI and PI/PO environments to facilitate diverse data exchange scenarios. Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability. Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by monitoring system performance, prioritizing incidents, and delivering timely resolutions for production support requests. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational guides.
