HR Operations Manager Summary We are seeking an accomplished HR Operations Manager with over seven years of specialized experience to lead our human resources functions within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless operational workflows, and driving strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. The successful candidate will serve as a key architect of our HR infrastructure, managing critical processes such as payroll, performance management, and large-scale recruitment while leveraging advanced HRMS tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. Responsibilities Direct and optimize the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all staff members. Manage and maintain the integrity of the HR Management System (HRMS) to support accurate data tracking and reporting. Oversee attendance management protocols, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor regulations. Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), facilitating goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Coordinate and execute comprehensive training programs to foster continuous professional development across the organization. Lead complex payroll management operations, ensuring timely and precise compensation processing. Spearhead bulk hiring initiatives, managing high-volume recruitment cycles to meet rapid business scaling needs. Streamline general HR operations to improve productivity and support the broader IT Services business objectives. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, specifically within the IT Services industry. Proven expertise in utilizing HRMS platforms for operational management and data analysis. Deep understanding and practical experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle. Strong background in implementing and monitoring attendance management systems. Demonstrated ability to administer Performance Management Systems (PMS) effectively. Experience in designing and delivering corporate training initiatives. Proficiency in handling end-to-end payroll management and compliance. A track record of successfully managing bulk hiring projects and high-volume recruitment drives.
