岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities)

* 领导和指导机械工程团队进行医疗设备的机械系统设计、分析、模拟和测试。
* 负责从概念到生产的整个产品生命周期中的机械工程活动。
* 制定和实施机械设计标准、流程和最佳实践，以确保高质量和合规性。
* 与跨职能团队（包括电气工程、软件工程、制造和质量保证）紧密合作，确保产品设计与整体系统要求保持一致。
* 进行复杂的技术问题解决和根本原因分析，并提出有效的解决方案。
* 评估和选择合适的材料、组件和制造工艺，以优化产品性能和成本。
* 管理与供应商和外部合作伙伴的技术沟通与协作。
* 指导和培养初级工程师，提升团队整体技术能力。
* 确保所有设计和开发活动符合相关的行业标准、法规和公司政策（如FDA、ISO）。
* 撰写详细的技术报告、设计文件和规范。

任职资格 (Job Qualifications)

* 机械工程或相关领域的学士学位，硕士或博士学位优先。
* 至少15年以上在医疗设备行业或其他高精度产品开发领域的机械工程经验。
* 具备领导技术团队和管理复杂项目的丰富经验。
* 精通机械设计原理、材料科学、有限元分析 (FEA) 和CAD/CAE工具（如SolidWorks, Creo, ANSYS）。
* 熟悉各种制造工艺，包括注塑成型、CNC加工、钣金成型等。
* 对医疗器械法规和质量体系（如ISO 13485，FDA QSR）有深入理解。
* 出色的问题解决能力和批判性思维能力。
* 卓越的书面和口头沟通能力，能够与不同层级的团队成员有效沟通。
* 具备在快节奏、高要求的环境中工作的能力。
* 有成功将产品从概念阶段推向市场的经验者优先。
