Team Leader – Telesales Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives About the Role We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Team Leader – Telesales to lead our existing telesales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, team handling, sales management, lead conversion, and target achievement, preferably in the stock broking, financial services, insurance, banking, or related industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and motivate the existing telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions wherever required. Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement through effective team management. Generate new business through acquisition of new clients. Guide the team in lead calling, follow-ups, client communication, and conversion. Track leads and ensure proper follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Develop strategies to improve team productivity, conversion rates, and revenue. Maintain daily sales reports and provide performance updates to management. Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth. Ensure the team follows company processes, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements. Candidate Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in telesales/team handling preferred. Experience in stock broking, financial services, banking, insurance, or investment products will be an advantage. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good leadership and team-management abilities. Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and business generation. Ability to motivate and manage a telesales team. Good follow-up and client relationship management skills. Basic knowledge of stock market/financial products is preferred. Candidates who have handled a telesales team in a stock broking company will be highly preferred.
