We know work and life are intertwined. That’s why we support the diverse needs of everyone and have policies that enable us all to thrive and be truly flexible. We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.

We are dedicated to building a high‑performance environment underpinned by a strong risk culture, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our members.

Your New Role

We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our Member Experience & Marketing department.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Intermediary, you will develop and deliver integrated growth marketing campaigns that attract new business customers and support member growth.

This is an opportunity to lead meaningful, high-impact work across paid media, owned channels and strategic partnerships. You will use audience insights, data and campaign performance to shape compelling marketing activity, improve acquisition experiences and deliver measurable outcomes. Working with key stakeholders and external agency partners, you will help bring AustralianSuper’s brand to life for businesses and attract members via intermediary channels.

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and deliver integrated, data-informed B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, partnerships and owned channels, to attract and acquire new business customers.
  • Identify opportunities to extend member acquisition campaigns and brand assets through intermediary channels.
  • Translate audience, customer and market insights into clear campaign strategies, communications and measurable acquisition activity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify and improve acquisition pathways, communications and customer experiences.
  • Develop high-quality marketing assets through copywriting and by briefing internal creative teams, external agencies and other delivery partners.
  • Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice, look and feel across campaign activity.
  • Establish clear campaign measures, monitor performance and apply learnings to improve future activity.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities, delivery timeframes, compliance requirements and customer needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Solid experience in marketing and or communication roles, preferably in superannuation, financial services or B2B marketing.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate audience insights into workable and measurable solutions with a customer-centric lens.
  • Ability to convert technical concepts into plain language.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate and finalise outcomes with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to co-create and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, yet strategically minded.
