Join Resmed as a QARA Transformation and Delivery Project Manager in Tuas, Singapore, and help embed Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs requirements into projects that shape the future of healthcare. You will lead initiatives from definition through delivery while coordinating QARA’s contribution to wider enterprise transformation programmes. By engaging the right experts, managing compliance-critical deliverables, and creating a sustainable transition into business-as-usual operations, you will help Resmed deliver change responsibly and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead assigned QARA projects from initiation through closure, turning strategic priorities into structured plans and sustainable outcomes.
• Coordinate QARA’s contribution to enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance-critical deliverables are integrated into project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and business cases that align QARA requirements with enterprise priorities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements, enabling timely decisions and effective escalation.
• Engage QARA subject-matter experts and functional specialists at the right stages, helping projects meet milestones without compromising regulatory expectations.
• Partner with change management leads to prepare QARA stakeholders for new processes and support effective adoption.
• Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that give leaders the information needed to assess progress and resolve issues.
• Transition QARA deliverables into business-as-usual operations through effective documentation, ownership alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience within a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently across initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Experience in warehouse operations, automation, and supply chain transformation, with the ability to effectively represent QARA within enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics, material flow, inventory management, process optimisation, and supply chain system integration, combined with the ability to assess and integrate quality, regulatory, validation, risk management, and compliance requirements into solution design, implementation, and deployment
• Strong analytical, planning, and risk management capabilities.
• The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and compliance-related dependencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting project information to leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or comparable project delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another highly regulated sector.
