Job Description:

Managing high-stakes partner implementations requires more than tracking tasks, and right now the team needs a delivery lead who actively owns outcomes, clears bottlenecks, and drives complex SaaS launches across the finish line.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent partner implementations, balancing scope, risks, and timelines from initiation through post-launch closeout. Day to day, you will align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Partner Operations while serving as the clear point of contact for external partners. Six months ago, project tracking and meeting documentation took hours of manual effort, but now connected AI tools handle the first pass of status digests and risk logs so you can focus on resolving blockers and keeping delivery on track.

What You Bring

• You own delivery outcomes end to end, making judgment calls under pressure rather than just taking notes and updating task lists.
• You translate complex technical concepts into clear business language, building trust with both engineering teams and external partner stakeholders.
• You spot project risks and cross-functional dependencies early, taking proactive action to resolve blockers before they impact launch dates.
• When it comes to AI, you do not just use it, you have replaced recurring manual work with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment before it goes anywhere.
• You thrive in structured PMO environments, using standardized governance, clear decision logs, and dashboards to keep global teams aligned.
