Our client in the hospitality management education industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Part-Time) to lead marketing strategy and execution for the Middle East market, with a primary focus on the UAE and KSA. The role will oversee digital campaigns, offline initiatives, and sales enablement assets to support traffic, engagement, lead conversion, and student recruitment for the Bachelor program. Working closely with recruitment teams and internal stakeholders, the position will develop full-funnel strategies tailored to younger audiences and their key influencers, including parents, counselors, and schools.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support student recruitment and program growth in Middle East markets.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media, and events.
• Define and execute the digital marketing plan to drive traffic, engagement, and lead conversions for the Bachelor program.
• Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation through enrollment.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with student recruitment officers to identify their needs and manage offline and online sales assets.
• Manage weekly reviews with marketing agencies and provide monthly reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Develop strategies tailored to younger audiences and their key influencers, including parents, counselors, and schools.
• Support branding and storytelling initiatives that showcase excellence and leadership in hospitality education.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Bring 5 years of professional experience in a similar marketing position. 
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Middle East international education market and communication channels.
• Possess strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, target audiences, and their needs.
• Bring previous experience in digital advertising, including Paid Social Media and SEM, within a Western organization operating in the Middle East.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, execute, and measure lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns across key global and any specific Middle East platforms.
• Bring expertise in digital platforms.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and deliver work on time.
• Display excellent teamwork skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Be fluent in English.
