Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to lead a critical legal entity rationalization initiative. This is a full-time, 6+ month consulting engagement that is fully remote. Requirements Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Strong background in intercompany accounting, consolidations, and month-end close Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and complex journal entries Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-related initiatives (no tax preparation required) Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Preferred Requirements: Experience supporting transfer pricing initiatives and coordinating with external tax advisors CPA preferred Experience standardizing accounting processes across multiple legal entities Benefits CCN offers competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible consultants. 100% of premiums paid for Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee consultants working over 30 hours/week 401k with 5% immediate vesting employer match Health Savings Account with employer contribution
