About the role

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially-minded Marketing Lead to build the marketing function for Whitecliffe Canada from the ground up. There is no established brand presence in Canada yet, no historic pipeline and no local marketing team – just a campus, a programme, a proven group brand platform to draw on, and a first intake to fill.

You'll own demand generation, brand presence and digital infrastructure for the Toronto campus: writing the marketing plan and then executing it personally – building web pages, configuring CRM journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365, running paid campaigns, producing content, and staffing recruitment events. You'll work hand-in-glove with the Admissions Lead, sharing accountability for a single enrolment number, and report to the Chief Commercial Officer, Whitecliffe Global.

This is a genuine opportunity to build, in market, the marketing engine that Whitecliffe Canada will run on for years to come.

About you

You're a builder rather than an administrator – someone who is energised by an empty channel plan and would rather ship something this week than perfect it for next quarter. You bring full-cycle, hands-on marketing execution across digital, paid media, content and CRM, and you're comfortable being measured on enrolments rather than impressions. You're self-directed, evidence-led, and energised by working in a creative, values-driven environment.

What you will bring

• 5+ years in marketing with substantial hands-on execution across digital channels – not a purely strategic or agency-managing background
• Demonstrated full-cycle ownership: you've personally built and run the plan, the pages, the campaigns and the reporting, ideally in a small team or market-entry context
• Strong paid media capability with direct platform experience across Google Ads and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), including campaign build, optimisation and budget management
• Practical web capability: building and editing pages, landing pages and forms within an established CMS and design system
• Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience – building forms, journeys, segmentation and lead scoring (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Customer Insights experience desirable)
• Analytical fluency: GA4, attribution, funnel analysis and the ability to build and interpret performance reporting to a commercial standard
• Content capability across copy, social and short-form video, with the judgement to know when to produce in-house and when to commission
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach – with the communication skills to work closely with Admissions and non-technical stakeholders
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work on campus in Toronto
