Sika Hellas is seeking a Logistics Manager to join its team at our facilities in Kryoneri, Attica.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading warehousing, transportation and distribution operations, ensuring efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, high customer service levels and cost optimization across the end-to-end logistics network.

The role will focus on logistics performance, transportation and warehousing cost optimization, customer delivery excellence, effective management of logistics providers and the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Role Description

  • Manage daily transportation and distribution activities, ensuring timely, reliable and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Provide operational oversight and functional leadership of warehouse activities, ensuring alignment with logistics and customer service objectives.
  • Manage relationships with transport providers, carriers and 3PL partners, including regular performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics service levels, efficiency and cost performance.
  • Support logistics tender processes and carrier selection activities.
  • Coordinate the resolution of delivery issues and customer complaints, driving actions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics costs, KPIs and operational performance to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and support logistics optimization and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote safe transportation and warehouse practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local and international transportation requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections and regulatory activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transportation, distribution and warehouse management.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP and Warehouse Management Systems. Experience with Mantis WMS will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
