Job requirements
Our Growth team looks for certain skills that will help you be successful in this position. We have included several for your review below:
- As a growth team employee you will function as the client-facing primary single point of contact and project manager for Atlassian services engagements.
- If you are interested in this type of opportunity, we look for individuals who have software consulting experience that is a self-starter and has experience building strong relationships with government organizations and industry partners
- Our growth team includes a diverse range of roles that focus on one of the following:

- client engagement
- client relationship
- project management
- expanding and generating business within existing clients
We seek consultants who:
- Are client-facing and confident leading engagements end-to-end
- Have software or technical consulting experience
- Are skilled at building relationships and managing priorities across multiple projects
- Hold (or are working toward) Atlassian certifications
- Have experience working with multiple clients at once
