  The product is positioned as a simpler, faster, mid\-market alternative<\/b> to heavyweight platforms such as Databricks<\/span><\/span><\/b>, Palantir<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and large consulting\-driven implementations, which are often expensive, slow to deploy, and overbuilt for this customer segment.<\/p>

  The focus is on practical, usable data intelligence<\/b>, not theoretical tooling or bloated enterprise architectures.<\/p>

  This role is a hands\-on individual contributor position<\/b>. It is not<\/b> managerial, not<\/b> consultative, and not<\/b> an oversight role. You are expected to write production code regularly<\/b> and contribute directly to core product architecture and feature development.<\/div>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Strong, hands\-on full stack software engineering experience<\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • Proven ability to build and ship real production software<\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience working across frontend, backend, and application\-layer systems<\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • Comfort operating in early\-stage, fast\-moving, ambiguous environments<\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • Startup experience strongly preferred<\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong engineering judgment and system\-level thinking<\/p><\/li>

  • Engineers who still code day\-to\-day<\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • Stable work history (this role is not<\/b> a fit for frequent job hoppers)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Base salary:<\/b> Approximately $180,000\-$200,000 range<\/p><\/li>
