This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, Customer Service, Suppliers, and Executive Leadership. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Manage inventory strategy across multiple warehouses, fulfillment centers, and third-party logistics providers. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor inventory levels, inventory aging, stock outs, safety stock, and replenishment requirements. Coordinate inventory transfers between facilities to maximize service levels and inventory utilization. Develop inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies based on demand trends and supplier lead times. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and transaction issues. Monitor inventory in transit and proactively manage supply risks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of inventory management experience. 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
