The role offers broad exposure to a wide range of tax matters and the chance to actively contribute to the evolution of the tax function across a complex global organization.

Proven capability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of tax processes and deliverables while exercising sound professional judgment and escalating issues where appropriate.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach to identifying tax risks, strengthening controls, and improving processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external advisers, auditors, and tax authorities.
