We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor the sample room process, highlight deviations and ensure the required raw materials/cut packages are available in a timely manner to achieve production targets facilitating order fulfilment.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and control the movements of Receive, verify, acknowledge storage, issuing and returns of raw materials from internal / external supplier’s /customers ensuring smooth material inflow to the sample room.
• To monitor, execute daily cutting plan by utilizing cutting shift capacity & resources effectively in order to meet the department goals and strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end process of the Online modules attached to the sample room.
• Develop, monitor and follow-up Time and Action plans for Sample room orders to facilitate timely Production Start Dates [PSDs] and deliveries ensuring on time performance whilst attending operational issues.

• Assist the team to follow the correct methods/ techniques and to maintain required quality standards whilst providing the required technical support to achieve the set objectives/targets of the sample room.

   

   

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Business Management or any related area.

• 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

• Good communication Skills.
