Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and transport providers, you will play a vital role in supporting our technical service operations while maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse inventory and stock control activities using ERP and warehouse management systems, maintaining accurate stock records and material master data, carrying out regular cycle counts and annual stock takes, and ensuring materials are stored, labelled and organised in line with best practice.

Please note that this job description is intended as a guide and is not exhaustive. The duties and responsibilities of this role may evolve in line with business and operational requirements, taking into account the successful candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.

  • Technical qualification or vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations, materials management or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or materials handling environment.

  • Strong experience using ERP and warehouse management systems, together with advanced IT proficiency across business applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

  • Sound understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, goods receiving and dispatch, stock management and logistics coordination, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and build effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in both the local language and English is essential; additional language skills would be advantageous.

  • A valid forklift operator's licence is required, together with a strong commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards and safe working practices.

  • Competitive benefits package, including a company pension with up to 10% employer contribution, life assurance (4x salary) and disability insurance.
  • Private medical and dental insurance to support your health and wellbeing.
  • 24 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented working environment within a global Green Tech organisation.
  • The opportunity to contribute to innovative and sustainable energy solutions while developing your career with an international industry leader.
