Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our office! Our dental assistants: 

• assist the doctor during treatment procedures 

• set up and break down operatories 

• take and process x rays 

• sterilize and maintain instruments 

• provide patients with follow up instructions 

• educate patients on oral hygiene 

This position is full time Monday – Thursday.

We are looking for someone with dental experience (preferred). Dental Assistant Certificate and X-ray Certificate required where state regulations specify.   

Physical Requirements   

This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
